How to Book a Locker
With Enrollment Using the Mobile App
- Step 1 : Open the Delibo app and log in using your registered credentials.
- Step 2 : Select Send or Receive or Store option.
- Step 3 : Enter Details
- Select a nearby Delibo locker location.
- Pick the locker size that fits your package.
- Choose the type of package (e.g., fragile, standard).
- Set the desired usage duration.
- Step 4 : Click the "Book" button after reviewing the details.
- Review the entered details, including location, size, package type, and duration, then confirm the booking to proceed..
- A locker is now booked under your name, ready for use within the selected time.
How to Book a Locker
Without Enrollment Using the HMI Screen
- Step 1 : Visit the Delibo locker and use the HMI screen.
- Step 2 : Enter your mobile number, and verify it using the OTP sent to your phone.
- Step 3 : Choose Deliver or Store option
- Step 4 : Enter Booking Details:
- Choose the size that fits your package.
- Specify how long you need the locker.
- SIndicate the type of package (e.g., fragile, standard).
- Step 5 :Review the details, click "Book," and a locker will be automatically assigned based on your preferences.
- Step 6 :After confirming the booking, an Unlock Button will appear on the HMI screen; press it to access your assigned locker immediately.
Three Easy Ways to Unlock Your Locker
- A unique dynamic code is generated upon booking (via app or HMI).
- This code is sent to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Enter the dynamic code on the locker’s keypad to unlock.
- Note: Using the code disables the QR code to ensure security.
- A QR code is also generated along with the dynamic code.
- Scan this code using the locker’s built-in scanner to unlock it.
- Note: Once used, the QR code disables the dynamic code.
- The master pin must be set during registration as a mandatory step.
- Registered users can unlock their lockers using this pin from the Delibo app.
- This method allows unlocking lockers remotely from anywhere in the world.
