IT Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our Product Development team. The Ideal candidate’s  primary responsibility is to promote and sell IT products and services directly to residential customers within a designated geographical area. 

The IT Sales Executive will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships, selling our IT products and closing sales to meet revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities

Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Visiting potential clients to demonstrate products/services and negotiate sales agreements.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the management.
Providing regular updates on sales activities, including sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote company products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or a similar field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience selling software solutions or other IT products.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking concepts.

Previous experience working with small to medium-sized businesses.

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
